We generally choose final candidates out of many applicants who suit with our requirement or criteria and make mutual agreement for working of 2 years in FLEC as volunteers. Then, we start to provide training courses for 6 th months and they will be volunteer teachers for two years with agreement after completion of the courses. After two year completion, they can decide freely whether they want to continue working with us or not..
